Le premier paragraphe comprend le mot et le paragraphe suivant contient la d\u00e9finition. Je les ai appel\u00e9s <em>1-Mot de vocabulaire<\/em> et <em>2-D\u00e9finition<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut indiquer dans les options de <em>1-Mot de vocabulaire<\/em> que le style suivant est <em>2-D\u00e9finition<\/em>.
