Que ce soit des&nbsp;corrections sur la forme ou le contenu, il est souvent difficile de comprendre les&nbsp;demandes du&nbsp;correcteur. La mani\u00e8re la plus simple de transmettre des commentaires est de passer par les&nbsp;annotations dans un document PDF. Mais encore faut-il que ces annotations soient bien faites et qu\u2019elles&nbsp;ne donnent pas lieu \u00e0 interpr\u00e9tation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Il est loin le temps o\u00f9 l\u2019on recevait des corrections par fax. Dieu merci&nbsp;! Mais les documents PDF que l\u2019on nous envoie parfois sont tellement mal foutus que je me permets de vous donner quelques conseils&nbsp;ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, Acrobat Reader (disponible gratuitement <a aria-label=\"ici (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/fr\/reader\/otherversions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>, pour Windows et Mac&nbsp;OS) permet <em>aussi<\/em> de&nbsp;faire des&nbsp;annotations\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvrir le document PDF avec Acrobat (oui, je sais\u2026 mais il y a des gens\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cliquez sur la petite ic\u00f4ne en haut \u00e0 droite repr\u00e9sentant 2 phylact\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une nouveau panneau s\u2019ouvre sur la droite avec tous vos commentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expert-graphiste.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-12-121607.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"832\" height=\"548\" src=\"https:\/\/www.expert-graphiste.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-12-121607.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.expert-graphiste.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-12-121607.png 832w, https:\/\/www.expert-graphiste.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-12-121607-300x198.png 300w, https:\/\/www.expert-graphiste.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-12-121607-768x506.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 832px) 100vw, 832px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Cliquez pour agrandir<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nota<\/em>&nbsp;: dans les explications suivantes, lorsque je parle de supprimer, d\u2019ajouter ou de&nbsp;remplacer du&nbsp;texte, il s\u2019agit bien de le faire <em>via les commentaires<\/em>. Chaque annotation est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par un&nbsp;commentaire dans le&nbsp;panneau de droite. Outre l\u2019impr\u00e9cision de son emplacement, il y a toujours une&nbsp;r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 avoir quant aux attentes du correcteur. Attention toutefois \u00e0 rester le plus clair&nbsp;possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si les modifications sont trop cons\u00e9quentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il arrive parfois qu\u2019il y ait beaucoup de corrections \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 plusieurs paragraphes. Dans ce&nbsp;cas, je&nbsp;pr\u00e9conise de tout supprimer et de mettre toutes les corrections en&nbsp;commentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les autres outils d\u2019annotations d\u2019un PDF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"page d\u2019aide d\u2019Adobe (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/helpx.adobe.com\/be_fr\/acrobat\/using\/commenting-pdfs.html\" target=\"_blank\">page d\u2019aide d\u2019Acrobat<\/a> concernant les annotations vous explique l\u2019utilisation des autres outils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/laurent-tournier-786a0540\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Laurent Tournier<\/a> m\u2019a fourni un PDF qu\u2019il envoie aux r\u00e9dacteurs.
